Every decal from Yokome Shop is made to order by real human hands, not robots. Please allow 1–5 business days for us to create your decal before it ships.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for U.S. orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Once It’s Shipped
After your order leaves our hands and enters the postal system, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We will still help however we can.

Address Accuracy Is Key
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Yokome Shop is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if applicable, and we will work with you to find a solution.
